About Aaron's Session
Aaron's session is titled "Integrating Dimensions of Belonging and Workplace Disclosure." This presentation explores the intersection of Eric Carter's Dimensions of Belonging framework and workplace disclosure for neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with Autism. By examining Autism-Informed practices for fostering inclusive environments, we will highlight how a sense of belonging can be enhanced through thoughtful disclosure strategies, enabling both employees and employers to build supportive, understanding workplaces.
