Anne Kresta
Anne Kresta, Founder and Board President of Neurowrx, and President and CEO of Level IT Up, an enterprise based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada that promotes the mutual benefits of employing skilled individuals with autism in the tech sector. As the parent to two men with autism, Anne has lived experience as well as a wealth of knowledge and appreciation for the many unique qualities those with autism can bring to the workforce. In her outreach work, Anne highlights both the autism advantage and employers can incorporate straightforward accommodations and strategies benefiting existing and future employees with and without autism.

Rebecca Beam
Rebecca Beam, Director of Neurowrx, and Founder and CEO of Zavikon. Prior to launching Zavikon she was a founding advisory team member launching MindSpark, Inc. whose mission was to train and employ adults on the autism spectrum in technology careers. After MindSpark’s acquisition by auticon, Rebecca became President of the US operations leading the US expansion and driving growth.
As a veteran of the tech sector, Rebecca’s career has included senior leadership roles sourcing and developing human capital with high-demand skill sets for the area’s leading tech firms, including Fortune 100 and 500 brands. Rebecca believes there is a job out there for everyone to apply their talents and skills in a meaningful way and she is dedicated to being a bridge to an inclusive working world. She is passionate about opening doors for all individuals with disabilities or those who are neurodivergent to achieve career success. In 2019, Rebecca won the prestigious Milestones Visionary Employer Award.

Brenda Weitzberg
Brenda Weitzberg, Co-Founder of Neurowrx, Founder and former Executive Director (now retired) of Aspiritech in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Brenda's expertise is in the information technology and services industries as well as nonprofit organizations. She is skilled in negotiation, business planning, coaching, and event management. Inspired by her son with autism, Brenda earned a graduate diploma with a focus in administration of early childhood programs from The Hebrew University making her a strong business development professional.

Gray Benoist
Gray Benoist, Director and Founder of Neurowrx and CEO of Mindspark Training Academy in Santa Monica, California, USA. Gray retired from his CFO position at Belden Inc. and is now focusing his energy on supporting the MindSpark mission that all individuals deserve the opportunity for gainful employment. Gray has an MBA from the University of Chicago, 33 years of finance and general business work experience and currently serves on the Boards of Olin Corp, a NYSE chemical company, and Exceptional Minds, a Sherman Oaks non-profit organization offering vocational training in the digital arts to young adults on the autism spectrum.

Tara May
Tara started as CEO of Aspiritech in April 2022. Prior to joining Aspiritech, Tara was EVP of Media & Chief Digital Officer at Winsight as well as VP of Content and Product Strategy for Patch Media. She helped launch 900 hyperlocal sites for the AOL network as well as a digital reverse-published local news product for the Chicago Tribune. Tara's career is focused on using technology and product innovation to drive growth. She is a sought-after speaker on user experience and digital transformation. She's overseen large and small teams with a focus on career development and leading with kindness. She resides in Lake County with her husband and teen and tween children. She is personally committed to embracing neurodiversity in all aspects of work and life.

Garth Johnson
Garth Johnson, Honorary Director and Founder of Neurowrx, CEO of auticon Canada, and President and Co-Founder of Meticulon Consulting Inc., Calgary, Alberta, Canada. An experienced veteran of the web’s start-up world, Garth has an infectious and energetic approach attributed to his breadth of experience. Garth specializes in business development, internet marketing, social media, crowdsourcing, strategic planning and branding. Garth brings his personal experience, as the parent of a son with autism spectrum, together with his entrepreneurial spirit and a vision for disruptive change in the world of neurodiversity and employment to all that he does.

Dirk Rombaut
Dirk Rombaut, Director and Founder of Neurowrx, Commercial Director of Passwerk and co-founder of TRplus in Antwerp, Belgium. Dirk has made it his personal goal to provide as much added value as possible to customers and society. He makes daily, passionate commitments to building networks, convincing people of the talents of people with autism, and successfully employing people with an autism spectrum profile in software testing, business intelligence, X-ray screening and much more. Dirk has mentored many within the Neurowrx alliance as they planned and began operations and continues to push the boundaries when it comes to employment outcomes for those with autism.

Changsin Lee
Changsin Lee, Director of Neurowrx, Chief Technical Officer, Research and Development, TestWorks, Seoul, South Korea. With a strong background in software development and data management, Changsin researches and works to advance the credible use application of Artificial Intelligence, especially related to data quality problems. He applies this knowledge to the work Testworks, a leading social enterprise in AI data processing. Testworks leverages its expertise in AI dataset building and its well-trained team of experts with autism to deliver outstanding results to its clients.

Niels van Buren
Niels van Buren, Director of Neurowrx, and CEO of Swink in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Niels is on a mission to show people how a social enterprise, of which more than 70% has autism, can be commercially successful, while creating an inclusive work environment. Swink is a digital agency that provides data analytics, content management and data analytics services. Niels has an MBA from Nyenrode University, 15 years of banking experience and also serves on several boards of non-profit organizations in The Netherlands. Niels was diagnosed with Multiple Scleroses in 2010 and has since been a strong advocate for MS Research. Being the first man in the world with MS (multiple sclerosis) to successfully reach the top of Mount Everest, Niels van Buren has a special story to tell.
