Happy New Year, Neurowrx members and friends!
We want to start this January newsletter to announce a change in our Board Chairs. Anne Kresta of Level It Up has passed her Chair role to two Co-Chairs, Neurowrx Board Members Rebecca Beam of Zavikon and Tara May of Aspiritech.
Under Anne's leadership, we have grown our global membership to a record 25 members and hosted successful international conferences in London, Antwerp, and Chicago. Anne has been a force of nature in bolstering a growing community of workplace neuroinclusivity practitioners. We are grateful for everything she has done in her role and look forward to her continued contributions as a Neurowrx Board Member.
Rebecca and Tara's combined years of experience working with autistic professionals in the tech sector and beyond position us to drive positive, lasting, impactful change around perceptions and acceptance of neurodiversity.

One request we've heard from our members is a forum to discuss trending topics, share ideas, brainstorm solutions, and celebrate wins. While our monthly membership calls are an excellent place for all of this to happen and more, we want to provide a way for folks across the globe to correspond asynchronously (and maybe even share a good meme from time to time). Welcoming New Members
We're thrilled to welcome Orchvate as our first new member for 2024, and our first based in India! Orchvate is a Bangalore-based social impact enterprise, delivering worldwide services. They partner with enterprises to practice and implement DE&I, and focus on sustainable employment for those marginalized because of their cognitive and neurological differences.
