Announcing Changes to the Neurowrx Board of Directors

Welcome Our New Board Members!

We're thrilled to announce that Hugo van der Linde and Panchali Banerjee have joined our Board of Directors!

Hugo is the CEO of Carapax IT, a Netherlands-based company that has been employing developers on the autism spectrum for 10 years. With nearly 50 employees and 80% autistic team members, Carapax has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands for three consecutive years with the Gazelle Award. Hugo will serve as our European representative, bringing valuable international perspective to our board.

Panchali is the Co-founder and Director of Orchvate, a social impact startup working towards the employment of neurodiverse individuals in India. As an Organizational Psychologist and Behavioral Consultant, she brings extensive experience in Executive Coaching, Training, and Development.

With four young nephews on the spectrum, Panchali was driven to address the question, "What next after education?" This passion led her to co-found Orchvate, where she focuses on ensuring that everyone is respected for who they are, regardless of their differences. She spoke at our 2024 International Conference on the unique challenges of neurodiversity inclusion in the Indian workplace and has been a regular participant in our membership calls.

A Fond Farewell

We also want to share the bittersweet news that Niels Van Buren of Swink is stepping down from his board position due to a wonderful new addition to his family! While we'll miss Niels' contributions and dedication to Neurowrx, we're so happy for him during this special time.

Looking Ahead: Strategic Planning

The board has been hard at work on strategic planning sessions to identify future directions for Neurowrx. We're excited to share that we'll be presenting the initial draft of our strategic goals at the Q3 membership meeting, giving you all a chance to see where we're headed and provide your valuable input!

These changes reflect our continued growth and commitment to expanding our impact in the neurodiversity space. Both Hugo and Panchali bring unique perspectives that will help strengthen our mission and reach.
